After Edward went through the wardrove he ran into the White Bitch and her driver. She realizes that Edward is the son of Adam and that there are more. The prophecy is about to become a reality and she realizes it. That is why she offers Edward the position of kind and tells him to bring the others so that they could be his subjects.
