In this shot we see Harry in his first encounter with Voldemort. This is when he discovers that Professor Quirrell is the one behind everything that happened up to that moment. He also discovers that Voldemort was even closer than he thought. He bypased through all of the protection charms and traps that were set to protect the sorcere's stone, except the mirror, for which he needed Harry in order to get the stone.
