This is towards the end of the film when Selene finds out that Viktor was the one who killed his parents and she takes matters into her hands. She takes a sword and cuts his head at an angle. She helped Michael run away from the warewolfs and protected him from the vampires. since Micahel had already been bitten by Lucian, he would turn into a wareworlf, and Selene by sharind her blood, has turned him into a hybrid.
