In this image we see Quixla along with other vampires at her side calling for Esmeralda who turns out to be Santanico Pondemonio and the duaghter of Quixla and the hangman. She goes to her mother's side and stays with them. The hangman is bitten but before he turns into a vampire he uses the bars of the door to trap Quixla's body and she is destroyed as the sun comes up. The only two survovors are Johnny Madrid and Ambrose Bierce.
